Public library satisfaction amongst American adults

If a month ago we publish a post about the NMC Horizon Report, Library edition, focusing on the impact of emerging technologies in libraries, today we present another study about the satisfaction of American adults with public libraries, conducted by The Harris Poll and released last September 24.

There are interesting figures, like “women are more likely than men to have a library card (71% vs. 57%)” or “Nine in ten Americans (89%) feel it is important that a library be a valuable education resource”.

You can access the most relevant results of this study here.

Please, tell us what you think about it!
