We begin this week with more twinnings in NAPLE Sister Libraries Programme: the Municipal Public Library in Piekary Slaskie from Poland has its second sister library in Vilanowa i la Geltru Library “Armand Cardona i Torrandell” from Spain and its third sister library in Iisalmi City Library from Finland!
